Shipping Policy

1. Shipping methods and Delivery time

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

If you place your order before 4 pm, we will start contacting one of our suppliers.

  • Standard Shipping (15-20 business days after shipped)

  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

5. Shipping Note

  • The estimated delivery time (does not include weekends or public holidays) is from the date that your parcel was shipped.

  • Your parcel will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depends on size and weight. Parcels will be delivered at working days and working hours, please offer an available address where someone can accept it as a signature may be required.

  • Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.

6. For Undelivered Solution

  • Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out by Lula's Online Boutique to decrease your losses.

  • For Expedited Shipping Service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others, please contact us within 1 months of shipment. Our representative of customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.

Return & Exchange Policy

30 Days Returns Guarantee

Customers can contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving item(s) except the Non-Returnable items. If you have received defective or damaged, wrong size or wrong product, please apply an after-sale service or email us immediately.


How to return us:

For personal reason, please contact our customer service: info@lulaonlineboutique.com

and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order ID and SKU product number.

For defective incorrect or not as described item(s), please send us a clear picture of the problem and then we will give you solutions.


Note:

* All returns must first be approved by our customer service team

* Please note that the item(s) must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. All returned items must be in a brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with the original tags and package.


On Lula's Online Boutique ' duty:

Lula's Online Boutique will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items, incorrect size(size mismatch exceeds 3cm/1.5 inch) and wrong color items.

Please send us a clear picture of the problem, after confirming we will arrange a refund of product price or exchange the item to customers.


On Customer's duty:

1.Incorrect order (size of the item):

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also manage return/exchange for them.

2. Unwanted or unsatisfied items:

If the customers decide that they no longer want the item, they can apply a return for refund or exchange. Please note the items should be on brand new items, unworn, unwashed and unused if customers need to return to us.

Note: On customer's duty, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and then we can arrange an exchange or refund(not include the original shipping fee).


Non- returnable items:

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Items out of the 30 days warranty time-limit.

2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.

3. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchange on Accessories, Jewelry, Earrings, Lingerie, Bodysuits, Underwear, Sleepwear, Swimwear, Beachwear, Sports bra unless the items are visibly defective.


Return Process

Customers can contact Lula's Online Boutique  to apply return within 30 days from the date of received item(s) except the Non-Returnable items.

For return address, Once the return application was approved by Lula's Online Boutique, an email with return address and return instruction will be sent to your registered email of Lula;s Online Boutique
